Northern Distributor Road (NDR) Exhibitions - Have your say

5.47.05pm BST (GMT +0100) Mon 23rd Apr 2007

The first exhibitions are underway to inform residents living around the proposed route of the Northern Distributor Road of the current plans. Early feedback from the Drayton exhibition has been negative towards the scheme planned by Norfolk County Council. There are concerns regarding movement of traffic which will impact already busy routes into Norwich and potentially create bottle necks as traffic is forced into new routes from residential areas.

Julia and Paul Holland, Liberal Democrats' candidates for Taverham North have requested traffic flow information to understand how the proposals will affect the roads in and out of Thorpe Marriott. To ensure that your views are made known we are encouraging residents to visit the forthcoming exhibitions, more details of which can be found at www.norwichareatransport.org
